Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is at 15:00H and check-out time is at 12:00H unless otherwise approved by the Hotel. Early check-in and late check-out is available subject to room availability based on occupancy level; charges may apply.
2. A nightly incidental deposit of PhP1,000.00 per room per night will be collected upon check-in.
3. Liability for valuables and effects of the Hotel guests shall be governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of The Philippines. An in-room safe is provided in all rooms.
4. A valid government-issued identification card must be presented by all non-registered visitors of the Hotel's guest for the security & safety of the Hotel and its guests.
5. A no-party room policy is strictly enforced in all guest rooms. Visitors are allowed in the rooms until 22:00H only. Charges after 22:00H will apply.
6. In compliance with government ordinance, the Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited anywhere other than in the designated smoking areas. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests PhP5,000.00 for violation and/or damages.
7. Any reported damage to Hotel property or loss of items will be subject to a corresponding fee, which must be settled prior to check-out.
8. Should the guest fail to pass by the Front Desk for check-out, The Hotel will automatically check-out the guest's room and debit the credit card that was authorized upon arrival. Ticking the corresponding box in the Guest Registration Form serves the same purpose as signing the credit card slip for the settlement of the amount incurred during the stay.
9. Guests are held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any amount or the full amount of the charges.
